Questions
How is the card delivered?
By email, to the address you type in. Tick I want to send this as a gift on the gift card page and it goes straight to your recipient with your message; leave it unticked and the code is emailed to you to pass on yourself.
Does it expire?
No. There is no expiry date, no maintenance fee and no minimum spend. The balance stays on the card until it is used.
Can I have it arrive on the day of the festival?
Yes. Tick I want to send this as a gift and set a send date. It goes out on the date you choose, so a Diwali or Avurudu card lands on the day and not a week early.
What can it be spent on?
Anything on taprovan.com, including the 10lb rice bags. Shipping and tax are worked out at checkout as usual, and the card pays for those too.
Can it be used more than once?
Yes. If the order costs less than the balance, the rest stays on the card for next time.
Can I send it to myself?
Yes, and that is what happens by default. Leave the gift option unticked and the code is emailed to you.
Where do I enter the code?
At checkout, in the gift card box just above the discount code field. The balance left on the card is shown there once it is applied.
Do you do corporate or bulk cards?
Write to business@taprovan.com or call (631) 223-8582 and we will set them up in one batch.
