Maggi Real Coconut Milk Powder is a spray-dried coconut milk powder in a 1 kg (2.2 lb) bag, the large family and catering size of the Sri Lankan favourite. How to use
Maggi's Sri Lankan recipe uses 3 tablespoons of powder dissolved in 1½ cups of warm water for thick coconut milk, and 1½ tablespoons in 1½ cups of warm water for thin coconut milk. Stir until smooth. For a curry, add the thin milk first and bring it to a boil, then stir in the thick milk near the end and cook for a few more minutes. Use more powder for richer milk or more water for a lighter one.
Serving ideas
Potato, jackfruit or vegetable curry; kiri hodi to go with string hoppers; kiribath (milk rice); fish in coconut gravy; custard and watalappam; soups and desserts.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place and reseal or tightly close the bag after use. Mix only what you need; keep any made-up coconut milk in the refrigerator in a covered container and use it within a couple of days.

How do I make coconut milk from the powder?
