Thiru Boiled Odiyal Flour is palmyra tuber flour (Borassus flabellifer) from Sri Lanka, in a 200 g bag. Odiyal is the dried palmyra shoot tuber that is central to Jaffna cooking, and this flour is made from the boiled tuber.
