Overview
Vista Curry Powder is a 100 g pouch of unroasted curry powder (thunapaha kudu in Sinhala, kari thool in Tamil) from Vista Essential Foods. It is a ground blend of coriander, cumin, fennel, turmeric, mustard, fenugreek, cinnamon, rampe, curry leaves, garlic, cardamom and cloves, and the pouch states no artificial colouring, no artificial flavouring and no preservatives.
How to use
Add one to two teaspoons to vegetable, lentil, fish or meat curries with onion, garlic and coconut milk, and adjust to taste. It also suits dhal and everyday home cooking.
