Overview
Vista Roasted Curry Powder is a 100 g pouch of roasted curry powder (badapu thunapaha kudu in Sinhala, varukkappatta karit thool in Tamil) from Vista Essential Foods. The pouch states no artificial colouring, no artificial flavouring and no preservatives.
How to use

Roasted curry powder is the dark, deeply aromatic spice blend used in Sri Lankan meat, chicken, fish and jackfruit curries. Roasting the spices gives a darker colour and a toastier, fuller flavour than the unroasted style.
